Details of future training drop-in sessions will be communicated via your organisation's staff communications channels.

CareCentric
One Health and Care uses a software called CareCentric. This is the name you will see referenced in any training guide.
You can access CareCentric via a link from your organisation's existing electronic patient record system. The link will be visible on the front page of a patient's individual record. If the patient has objected to their information being included in One Health and Care, you will not see a link.
